Here is a short screencast on where you can find your affiliate links and banners for all of the Envato Marketplaces. This of course includes GraphicRiver, ThemeForest, FlashDen, AudioJungle, and VideoHive.
You can use these affiliate links and banners to either promote your own work on the marketplace or to earn affiliate commissions by recommending others to purchase off the marketplace websites. The area of the marketplace websites that house the links and banners also give you access to high quality versions of the sites logos. I don’t know what it is about designing banners, but I suck at it. I’m almost as bad at designing banners as I am at designing logos, and I suck at doing logos. I have seen a number of banner sets for sale here on GraphicRiver, but was really impressed with this particular set by hertzz . This author has several files for sale on GraphicRiver, but this is his first banner set. It seems to be going over pretty well, as it has already sold several copies and has only been live for a day or two at the time of this writing. (more…)
In my last Under the Radar – Titanium Series – Green Environmental Icons I mentioned how much I love icons. So, I decided to showcase some of my favorite icons sets for sale on the GraphicRiver marketplace. I’m not saying any of these are better than other on the marketplace. These are just some of my personal favorites.

I am a sucker for icons. I love them. I kind of collect them like baseball cards. If I see a cool set of icons, I have to download. I might not have a project I need them for, but if they look cool, I have to have them. The icon collection here on GraphicRiver is growing steadily. While many people tend to use screenshots of Envato Network websites as their default images in their designs, many people are unaware that the Envato marketplaces actually supply a number of free stock graphics for you to use in your files. Of course there are some rules to using this images. I have posted the rules below, but you can also find them on the asset page of the marketplace.
Its funny, I had actually stumbled across a lot of Jonathan’s work over the years and never really connected it all together. I guess that’s the sign of a truly talented designer; when they are gifted enough to cover such a wide variety of styles and be gifted at it. Sumit Roy is a popular author on the GraphicRiver market place with a very distinct style. It is no doubt, this style that has made many of his files very popular and very recognizable.
1. Can you tell us a little bit about who you are and what you do?
My name is Sumit Roy. I am 31, my hometown is Basirhat which is a small town on the eastern part of India. There is my mother at home, I am single till now.
By educational-qualification I am a science graduate. Though I have not any art background, I practice drawing from the age of 4. In the field of computer graphics, I am a self taught person. There are many reasons one would want to get in touch with a GraphicRiver author. Suppose you had a question about the file before you bought it. Maybe you needed some help understanding how it worked after you bought it. Or, maybe you like a authors work so much that you wanted to contract them to do some freelance work for you.
So, how do you get in touch with the file author?
GraphicRiver provides two options for getting in touch with a file author. These are by commenting on the file or contacting the author directly.
