How Come?
GraphicRiver author, udfrance, has a quite a variety of files in their portfolio. If you take a look, you will see a few web elements, some sweet text styles, and a ton of web/graphic backgrounds. It is these backgrounds that made me decide to showcase their work. While there are a number of background files for sale here on the marketplaces, I thought udfance did a nice job of taking popular style sand making them a bit more unique. What do you think?

There are a number of great web designer kits for sale here on GraphicRiver. I have bought a number of them myself. Many of them are full of an outstanding number of items. Many include everything from buttons to tool tips, and then some. This set of Delicious Buttons might not include a wide variety of elements, but the ones it does include are pretty stylish.
Whats great about them is that they are so simple and easily customizable, that the can be adjusted to fit just about any sort of site design you may be working on. While the file includes two color variations, it is painlesly simple to adjust the colors to fit your needs.

How Come?
The main reason I decided to feature GraphicRiver author Station8 was because of the high quality and type of files they contribute. Station* has a plethora of isolated objects that are perfect for grunge and hand drawn style designs. They have everything from duct tape to construction paper and then some. If you are a long time reader to the blog, you know I have a thing for icons. While I really love pretty little web icons, I am always fascinated at the detail put into application and dock icons. This open hard drive icon set is no exception. I wanted to feature this file because there are little to no other icons of this detail on the marketplace. I am hoping this feature inspires author, ConstantinPotorac, and others to create more detailed icon sets.

How Come?
The author known as Segen is no stranger to the Envato marketplaces. Many of his web design files are extremely popular over on the ThemeForest marketplace. If you don’t believe me, just check out his sales stats. While has added a few files on GraphicRiver in the past, I wanted to showcase him today because of all the cool PowerPoint templates he has been adding to the site. There are no shortage of crappy PowerPoint templates floating around the web these days. Lucky for us, segen has created some truly stylish designs that are sure to spice up any presentation.

How Come?
OK, I promise it is only coincidence that both this weeks and last weeks featured authors are named David. It isn’t some sort of conspiracy, I promise. Davids work caught my eye after he uploaded his most recent file that includes a wide assortment of useful graphics for web design. Whats great about Davids other files is that any sort of web design elements you might need that aren’t included in his web element pack, are probably in his other files for sale. Need some login screens or more menu options? David has got you covered. I’m sure he is bound to come out with even more over the months to come.

I decided to feature these U.S. Letter Editorial Samplers by GraphicRiver author, blankartist, because I think they are a great idea for a file. I have had the idea for a while now that some website wireframes could make for some good selling files. Seems like some good wireframes that were well made and properly organized could do really well on the marketplaces. While blankartist hasn’t creating any website wireframes, they did create some really nice looking print layouts.
While I haven’t seen any of these files full size, they look pretty good from the previews. If I could make one suggestion to the author, it would be to link to some full size previews of the files

How Come?
I really like Davids work for a number of reasons. First off, his attention to detail is great. He really spends a lot of time polishing of his images and it shows. If you are a fan of Apple web design or Meta Labs, you are sure t be a fan of David’s work. The other reason I enjoy his work, is that he really breaks the mold with some of his designs. Take his latest menu submission for example, this is a great file. It is innovative and original, two great qualities to have in a stock file!

If you know me at all, you know I have an obsession with icons. Recently, GraphicRiver author amwillis uploaded his icon set titled Smooth Icon Set. I’m not sure, but I think it may be one of the largest icon sets for sale on Graphic river, second only to Liaum_uk7’s icon sets. Sheer number of icons aside, this set is truly stunning. I love how its a fine mix 32×32 pixelated icons and super polished icons. I can easily see these icons being used in anything from web designs, applications, interfaces, and much more.
I really look forward to seeing what else amwillis comes up with in the months to come. I think some more sets of this size and style will treat him well.

How Come?
Vexsoft has been creating web design elements and other files for GraphicRiver almost since it opened. I know, because I purchased a file from this particular author shortly after they released it. If you are a web designer who is looking for some ever so slightly styled web elements to help you speed up your design or wire frame process, Vexsoft has got you covered. Aside from web elements like buttons and sliders, Vexsoft also has a couple business card layouts as well.
