Examples of Good File Images and Tips

On the GraphicRiver market place, a files image can speak more than the files description. That’s not to say that the files descriptive text isn’t important, but it is certainly lower on the list of importance. Because the GraphicRiver market place sells stock images, it is important that your files main image does a good job at showcasing your file, and if need be, describing it. Further down in this post you will see a selection of some GraphicRiver files that have done a good job at creating a good sales image for their files.

Before I show you some examples of good sales images, I want to explain some thing that make these images good. These ideas are things you should take into account when creating your sales image. Not all of the ideas will always apply to your image, so use your own judgment.

One thing I think is extremely important is to show a detailed version of your file as well as a “big picture” version of your file. For example, if you file is far to wide fit in the allowed area, don’t just show the buyer a close up view. If they can only see part of the file, they are likely to move on to another file. Likewise, if you only show a minature version of your file so the buyer can see the entire thing, they are likely to question the details of the file and move on to another.

When showing these various sizes, I would recommended labeling them as such. You will see this done in some of the examples below.

I also suggest showing all the variation of your file. Don’t just say that the file comes with 50 color variations or layout combination’s, show them in the sales image.
