Im not usually a fan of minimalist website designs. I’m not saying they aren’t creative, they just aren’t my style. I like design that are bold, wild, and colorful. That said, I am a huge fan of the Tim Van Damme website which is about as minimal as it gets. Be sure to check out his wall of shame to see all the people who ripped of his design!

I think you misunderstand what minimalism means in design. This site is certainly minimal in terms of content but adheres to few of the parameters that I would say constitute minimalist web design.
